I was working in the sibling room at Gymboree yesterday (where I take care of the kids whose moms teach classes, or whose siblings are in a class). I had my camera and decided to take some movies of Hannah, since my camera will take brief videos. Here's one where she says her bedtime prayer:

Uncle Steve and Aunt Ann's visit

Steve and Ann came for the weekend; the first leg on their vacation trip to Colorado. Hannah thinks Uncle Steve is so funny...especially how he "steals" her nose. And the whole time they were here she wanted to sit next to Aunt Ann, hold her hand, etc. Since they were only here from Saturday afternoon to Monday morning, we didn't have a lot of time, so we took the Cog Railway up to the summit of Pikes Peak, went out to eat, played Candyland...you know, all the exciting things you do when guests come to town!

Hannah was in one of her "I'm not going to smile for the camera!" moods, so we had to resort to tickling her in order to get her to laugh. So in some of the pictures, you will some contorted looks on our faces as we struggle to get her to smile. Steve also made a movie of her "doing a show" (singing and dancing) that I will try to get uploaded to this blog.

I haven't been posting much this summer...guess I've just been busy. Anyway, here are some photos we've taken over the summer. Johanna's nursing graduation, our weekend in Breckenridge, an anniversary party for some friends...I'll add more to this post when I have time.

8/25/08: I added a video of Hannah and her friend Gabriella dancing at the anniversary party we went to a week or so ago. It's at the bottom of this post.
